| Easy to harden- TENASTEEL® is heat treated in the same temperature range as conventional steels(X160 CrMoV12/D2),- TENASTEEL®, as well as X160 CrMoV12/D2, shall be double tempered,- Better aim 58/60 HRC to optimize toughness and better dimensional stability. |

| TENASTEEL® allows high tempering temperature- Improved dimensional stability in service (low level of retained austenite),- Reduced distortions during EDM cutting after hardening,- Compatibility with any process of surface treatment (nitriding) and coating (PVC/CVD). |
